This townhome overlooking the ocean was a second home for the out-of-state owner. The space was dark, so a key goal was to brighten the room. Acting as the owner’s General Contractor, I oversaw painters, and installation of new flooring, tile, and carpet; then purchased furniture and accessories to support a beach theme.
